ContourIQ ("we," "us") provides the Axiom AI operations platform and related implementation services to small businesses in the United States. This policy describes how we handle information collected through this website (contouriq.com).

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit our consultation form or book a call, we collect what you provide: name, business name, work email, optional phone, and the workflow details you choose to share.

Information collected automatically. We use privacy-respecting analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand aggregate site usage — pages visited, referrers, device type, country, and actions such as opening the booking calendar or starting and completing an inquiry. This analytics data is not sent with the contents you type into the form.

Inquiry attribution. We store first- and last-visit details in your browser, including the landing page, referrer, campaign parameters, and advertising click identifiers when present. If you submit the form, those details are included with the inquiry so we can understand how you found us and which marketing produced a qualified request.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for consultations, provide and improve our services, and — if you become a client — deliver the services you engage us for. We do not sell your personal information.

Where it goes

Form submissions are stored in our customer relationship management system (HighLevel) and our scheduling calendar. Our website is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Retention & your choices

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to serve you and for reasonable business records. You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time — reach us through the contact page and we will honor the request promptly.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising cookies. It uses browser local storage for the first- and last-visit attribution described above. The booking calendar remains unloaded until you choose to open it; once opened, the scheduling provider may set functional cookies required for scheduling to work.
